Last year, we reported on the new Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing hypercar collaboration, codenamed AM-RB 001, which marked the first time that Red Bull Racing Chief Technical Officer Adrian Newey would design a road car. That name has now become the rather catchier Valkyrie – and judging by these newly-released images of the car, this thing’s going to be one sexy beast.
We already know some details of the car, namely:
  • It'll be powered by a naturally-aspirated V12 engine
  • It'll cost £2-3 million
  • It’s not likely to be available until 2019
  • Aston Martin won’t make more than 150
  • The Valkyrie's design is partly based on the Newey-penned Red Bull X2010, X2011 and X2014 cars that appeared in the Gran Turismo games
But these photos show the car in its most production-like form yet. Drool over the lines of the car in the image carousel below.
