8 wicked angles of the Aston Martin Valkyrie

The Adrian Newey-designed hypercar looks good. We mean really good. See for yourself.

Last year, we reported on the new Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing hypercar collaboration, codenamed AM-RB 001, which marked the first time that Red Bull Racing Chief Technical Officer Adrian Newey would design a road car. That name has now become the rather catchier Valkyrie – and judging by these newly-released images of the car, this thing’s going to be one sexy beast.

We already know some details of the car, namely:

It'll be powered by a naturally-aspirated V12 engine
It'll cost £2-3 million
It’s not likely to be available until 2019
Aston Martin won’t make more than 150
The Valkyrie's design is partly based on the Newey-penned Red Bull X2010, X2011 and X2014 cars that appeared in the Gran Turismo games
