The star of road and track cycle racing, the USA's Chloé Dygert is a multiple world champion and world-record setter in both individual and team pursuits.

Chloé Dygert is an American cyclist and a star of both road and track racing. Her riding career only started in 2012, but she had soon racked up a remarkable amount of titles.

In 2017 alone Dygert won the UCI World Track Championships in the women’s team pursuit and individual pursuit, in Hong Kong, and the Panamerican Cycling Championships in the time trial in Trinidad and Tobago. And if that wasn’t enough, she also claimed more team pursuit and individual pursuit glory at the UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Los Angeles.

She has continued to dominate the team and individual pursuit disciplines at subsequent track world championships, while 2019 saw her start to become more of a presence on the road scene. In that year alone she notched time trial wins at the world championships and the Pan-American Games, as well as overall wins at the Colorado Classic and Joe Martin Stage Race.

The 2020 UCI Track World Championships in Berlin, Germany, really underlined how dominant Dygert has started to become as she broke the individual pursuit world record twice in the same day on the way to winning another gold medal.

"I really like to set my standards high – it's great and it's awesome," says Dygert.
