Few of us are lucky enough to find our calling in life at the age of two, but that's exactly what happened to the young Jérémie Heitz when he was first strapped into a pair of skis on his local ski slope.
Since then the Swiss big mountain freeskier has stayed true to his life's passion and to his stated aim of 'bringing freeriding one step further on big mountains'.
His other key aim is to win the Freeride World Tour and while he's yet to seal glory in that form, he has had some near misses and spectacular runs, with 2015's runner-up slot his best season finish to date.
Anyone who has achieved so much keeps looking for more. Jérémie wants to cover more aspects of the mountains. This is also why he's in the process of getting his mountain guide license.
