You can watch Marc Márquez's saves again and again as they're often little short of miraculous. You just can't stop watching, because only one hundredth of a second before you were sure he was going to crash. Márquez, the 2017 MotoGP world champion, saves it and wins the race. Check one of his saves out below.
Some will say it's the result of good fortune, but the truth is  Márquez prepares himself to be able to react in less than a second to prevent him from falling.
"I started working with a physical trainer when I was only 11, with a strong focus on my elasticity. When you go into the gravel, coming off and rolling over, this can save you from a number of injuries."
Marc Márquez
"The upper trunk is most important, and also the abdomen, because you move from side-to-side when riding the bike, and you need to remain very stable", says Márquez.
