Red Bull Surfing's latest series follows Mark McInnis to South America in search of perfect waves.
It's been a few months from inception to execution, but "Chasing The Shot" is finally here and we couldn't be more excited about a series that should quickly become a fan favorite. Our first installment sees photographer Mark McInnis and filmer Matt Kleiner travel to Chile in pursuit of the perfect photo, ably assisted in their quest by surfers Hank Gaskell, Cam Richards and Noah Wegrich, not to mention the stunning seascapes of South America.

We've already seen a selection of McInnis's images that show just how on point he was on this trip, but Kleiner's edit takes you behind-the-scenes to uncover just how much thought, effort and planning goes into pulling together these kinds of missions. A solid lineup of surfers, plenty of swell and an ability to mobilize up and down the coast doesn't guarantee success, but the team proves that it sure gives you a better chance of claiming victory in the end.
