We operate a Challenge 18 policy; meaning anyone believed to be under the age of 18 will be asked to prove their age, so please do bring a valid form of ID with you. We accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving licenses or home office approved PASS holograms as identification and/or proof of age.

Re-entry is not allowed. Please note, there is a designated smoking area within the venue.

There are no ATMs on site

Alcohol will not be sold on-site, and patrons will not be permitted to bring alcohol onto the site

There are multiple car parking options in the area

Please follow the directions and instructions of the event stewards. Event stewards are provided for your safety and assistance.

Be considerate! There will be large numbers of patrons at the event including elderly persons and children. It is easy for parents and children to become separated in large crowds. It may be useful to write your mobile telephone number on a page and ask your child to keep it in a jacket or trouser pocket – this will help to quickly reunite missing persons.

Do not bring alcohol onto the site. This is a family event and patrons attempting to bring alcohol onto the site will be refused admission.

Do not bring glass wear onto the site. There is a risk of breakage and patrons attempting to bring glass wear onto the site will be refused admission.

Do not bring dogs, with the exception of assistance dogs, to the event.

Do not engage in antisocial behaviour. This is a family-friendly event.

Keep an eye on the weather forecast! Wearing suitable clothing and footwear is advised.

Please arrive in plenty of time and be patient if there are queues. Do not bring any large bags or rucksacks with you, and only bring a bag if it is essential. In the unlikely event you see something that concerns you, tell security immediately.

If at any time you feel unwell and need assistance, please make yourself known to one of our team located throughout the venue. We have dedicated medics working throughout the event.
