Hi everybody,
It was a busy month. I had a race in Barcelona of the FIM CEV Repsol Moto3 World Championship. It was the first time on that circuit. I had two races. It went well. I learned a lot there.
A week later I went to my home circuit in Assen for the Red Bull Moto GP Rookies Cup, that's half an hour away. So I could sleep at home. It was very nice because there were many family and friends to watch me race. It was overwhelming to hear the crowd cheer, when the speaker called my name.

I qualified on P14.

The first race was a good race. I was fighting in front of the group from P2 till P14, at the end I lost the group with two other guys, because my bike was shaking at the front, but it was a good race so I am happy with the race p14 and my first points.

Race 2 was not so good, it was a dry race, but we were riding on wet tires. The conditions were not easy to ride, it was difficult to get a good pace. And I ended up P13. I was disappointed, because I was hoping for a better race.
Then we were going to the Sachsenring, but first we visit the Schuberth factory. It was nice to see how the helmets were made. So I want to thank Schuberth for the nice day, everything was perfect.

Then the qualification for the Sachsenring, it was dry, but my time in the free practice was better then in the qualification because I had no grip and the bike going wide in the corners, so I started at 20th position, I was not happy with that.

Race 1. It was raining very hard, so the start was a few minutes late. My start was not so good, I tried to push but the circumstances because of the conditions was not so good, so it was a very difficult race. But I learned much.

Race 2 was in dry conditions, I had a very bad start, but I had the same speed as the group in front of me, but because of my bad start I could not catch them. So I was in a duel with another rider and we switched places the whole time, It was a nice fight. In the last corner I overtook him and so I ended in P16. I want to thank all the members of the Red Bull Moto GP Rookies Cup for both weekends, I learned a lot.
