About Me

“It all began during our family holidays in San Mauro Mare, Rimini. Every year, my Dad would take us to the same place, where he introduced my brother and me to the thrill of go-karting and road biking. I still remember the day we first laid eyes on those Minimotos, my brother and I couldn't wait to ask if we could try them out. But being too young our parents sent us and we had to ask the boss on our own. Luckily, he allowed us to try the Minimotos. We continued our holiday at the same place and went renting the bikes every time we were there. After 1-2 years it became too expensive so my dad decided to buy us our own Bikes. That’s how the journey started.
"Then, one fateful day, everything changed. While training in Italy, we caught the eye of Luca Pasini. Luca, recognising my potential, he offered us the opportunity of a lifetime – to train with his team and compete in championships. It was a dream come true, one that wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of my parents. From that moment on, our lives revolved around racing. My family has played an integral role in my racing career, particularly my parents. Since day one, they have been my biggest supporters, sacrificing everything to ensure that both my younger brother and I have the opportunity to pursue our dreams in motorcycle racing. Their unwavering dedication and encouragement have propelled me to where I am today.”
“Sadly, about a year and a half ago, we lost my Mom, leaving my dad to shoulder much of the responsibility on his own. Despite facing immense challenges, he has been instrumental in facilitating my participation in prestigious championships like the Red Bull Rookies Cup and JuniorGP. He has provided me with the opportunity to compete in these highly competitive classes, which require a significant investment of effort, time, and money. In fact, he manages nearly 90% of everything outside of the actual racing, from logistics to sponsorship negotiations. “My family's love, support, and sacrifices have been instrumental in shaping my career, and I am forever grateful for their unwavering commitment to my dreams.”
“My father, originally trained as a polymechanic, now works as a project manager and designer of 3D machinery. My mother was a cosmetologist who also provided massage therapy and engaged in various other activities. “When I am not racing I enjoy training, riding bicycle, play basketball and football, be with family and friends. At school my favourite subjects are English and German. “My heroes are Valentino Rossi and Fabio Quartararo so I want to follow their example. I want to become a MotoGP world champion and I'm sure so does my brother, he is one and a half years younger than me. In 2023, I discovered the value of riding solo, without relying on slipstreams, and maintaining a laser focus on my own performance. Starting from pole position 9 out of 11 times, this approach yielded positive results.”
“However, as the season neared its end, a pivotal lesson emerged. In the penultimate race, leading the championship by approximately 15 points, my intense desire for victory led to a crucial error. Overly eager to secure the win, I pushed too hard, resulting in a crash that cost me the title. This setback underscored the importance of strategic race management and reminded me to harness both physical and mental strength for success.”

2023 Season

“My best race to date was at the Sachsenring in 2023, during the MotoGP weekend. Despite starting from pole, I fell to the back after a first-lap incident. Determined to win on Mother's Day in honour of my Mom, I fought my way back through the field to victory. It was a special race, driven by love and determination for my Mum. I enjoy parts of the track with two, three, or four corners in a row. These sections require smooth riding and keeping a good rhythm, which I find really exciting. For me, the most satisfying part of racing is the feeling of pushing myself and the bike to their absolute limits. It's about the thrill of giving everything I have on the track.
“Meeting incredible riders from around the world, making friends, and feeling like part of one big racing family adds to the overall satisfaction of the sport. Plus traveling around the world at a young age. I have to say a huge thanks to everyone who supports me every day. And to my competitors: watch out, because I'm coming for ya! I became much stronger in group fights. I was able to improve my race pace by almost 15 seconds. I learned to adapt to new conditions as quickly as possible and make the best out of every situation."
"Even though I couldn't achieve the desired results this season, I learned that one should never give up and that everything is part of the learning process. Of course, I also learned a lot about how to control the bike better. I enjoyed every second so its hard to say which one was the best but: In my opinion my best race was the second to last one in Misano. I was able to stay with the chasing group for a long time and fight for points. Almost the entire race, even though I unfortunately finished 16th, I learned an incredible amount from this race. The battles among the riders were just so much fun despite the high pace we tried to maintain for as long as possible.
"In 2024, I expect tough competition, which will help me learn and grow. Being in a professional team will give me the chance to improve my skills on different tracks. And I'm excited to show everyone what I can do. I was able to learn an incredible amount in 2024. I learned that our limits and the limits of the bike go much further than I previously knew.”

2024 Season

"My best moment of 2024 was probably the moment I got a call from Felix Hawelka and got the invitation to be a 2024 Rookies Cup Rider. I will never forget this moment in my life for sure. Then my first impressions at the April test in Jerez, meeting all the riders the whole staff the bikes and receiving our equipment was probably a highlight. And after that when I started to get used to everything so a got to the point where I was able to push to my limits as well. Probably the worst moment was in the pre-season when we had to sign contracts without knowing if we would get the money together or not. And that continued until the end of the season."
"Also the frustration I felt at the beginning, the self-doubt because I couldn't keep up and had higher expectations of myself. This persisted over some sessions and races. In the Red Bull Rookies Cup I have a made some good friends and we have spend so much time together sharing so many funny moments. For 2025, I have set myself very high goals, and I am currently working as hard as I can to achieve them. I want to make 2025 my most successful year ever and to reach a completely new level in every aspect. I want to ensure that by the end of the year, I don't regret a single moment, knowing that I gave everything within my power. Believe in your journey, embrace every challenge, trust that your efforts will be rewarded, and never give up."

2025 Season

The 2025 season was a crucial multi-class campaign for Lenoxx Phommara, where he contested five of the seven rounds in the Rookies Cup and made his debut in the Moto3 World Championship. In the Rookies Cup, he accumulated a final total of 10 championship points entirely through two 11th-place finishes at the Misano round. His season highlight was making the leap to the Moto3 World Championship, where he competed in the German and Czech Grands Prix as a replacement rider for the SIC58 Squadra Corse team and achieved his best finish of 17th place at the Sachsenring. Lenoxx will not ride the 2026 Cup and focus on other series.
