At Red Bull Gym Clash, your endurance, skill, power and strategy will all be tested in a series of workouts. They lead to the Final Clash where one gym will be named, the GREATEST on earth.

Format
The competition is divided into four exciting phases:
- Selection: Your gym will pick its top four members – two men and two women. You could be one of them! Show your dedication and skills to earn a spot on the team.
- National Qualifiers: Selected teams will compete in a national qualifier event. This stage involves a straightforward 30-minute workout at an official Red Bull Gym Clash gym.
- National Finals: The best teams from the qualifiers will face off in a more challenging workout at a prominent gym in your country. This is where things get really competitive!
- World Final: Winners from each country will compete on a global stage in a unique venue. Teams will tackle advanced workouts, and the best will battle it out in the 'Final Clash' to be crowned the Greatest Gym on Earth.

National qualifiers workouts
The national qualifiers workouts is built around two key blocks to challenge both your skills and endurance.
First block: skill block
Each individual athlete must complete 3 repetitions of a maximum deadlift. The heaviest weight lifted per athlete will count towards the team’s total score for the block.
Second block: endurance block
Teams will need to build a winning strategy to complete maximum repetitions of a 6 x Devils Press and 10 x Box Step Over circuit, whilst also rowing as far as possible. One athlete must always be resting in the ‘Rest Box’. No assigned weights, teams can decide how they carry the load.

National final workouts
The national finals workouts is built around two key blocks to challenge both your skills and endurance.
First block: skill block
Each individual athlete must complete 1-repetition of a maximum clean & jerk at maximum weight for the 1-repetition. The heaviest weight lifted per athlete will count towards the team’s total score for the block.
Second block: endurance block
Teams will need to complete the skill mill x team synchro workout as fast as possible. One athlete must be running on the machines at all times, teams can decide how they split across the two skill mills. All movements inbetween the run must be performed in synchro.
