Welcome to the fam Tyler 'Ninja' Blevins, time for Red Bull Rise till Dawn!
On the 17th of June, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins announced our partnership, and also, one of our major upcoming Fortnite tournament. We're so excited!
On Sunday 17th of June, straight after his first victory of his regular Sunday Stream - Ninja, instead of playing his classic Pon Pon Dance, instead played a short teaser of himself putting on his brand new Red Bull headband, when the camera got back to Ninja, he had changed into his Red Bull attire. Thus, finally announcing our partnership.

I've been wanting this for 8 years, sniffing around their headquarters
It is with great honor that we get to join forces with such a, above all a great person, skilled and promising eSport & gaming talent. We've been looking forward to this moment for quite some time now. What makes us even happier though is the fact that Tyler 'Ninja' Blevins has had his eyes on us for quite some time, almost 8 years in fact. Lurking around our headquarters and dreaming about the day he'll get to do fantastic work together with us. Quite tear-jerking and we're so happy that we found each other at last.
I love Red Bull, and all they're doing!
Although our partnership is probably one of our greatest moments within gaming & eSport community, we still have more to announce!

When the sun sets in the West on July 21, teams of two will hop on the battle bus with their favourite pickaxe and glide for the Red Bull Rise till Dawn, a dusk till dawn Fortnite Battle Royale duo competition, which will be taking place in Chicago, unfortunately for us Swedes, but, it will be epic to watch nonetheless. The tournament will take place on the 99th floor of Chicago’s famed Willis Tower. Featuring a unique scoring system, the tournament will start as soon as the sun sets at 3:21 AM CEST and continue throughout the (US) night as teams battle to accumulate the most points possible before the sun rises over Lake Michigan at 12:35 PM CEST.
Thus, marks yet another great day of Red Bull's engagement into the gaming & eSport world, and, there'll be many to come in the future, so stay tuned!
One hundred teams of two will embark on their overnight mission competing for points based on endgame placement and eliminations of other players. The team which gains the most points by the time the sun rises will be crowned the winner. The tournament will feature streamer, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and a teammate of his choice. Adding to the intensity, competitors who successfully eliminate Ninja and his teammate will receive bonus points.
Competing and streaming Fortnite all night at the most iconic building in Chicago, a city close to my heart, is a dream come true,” said Ninja. “Red Bull Rise Till Dawn will be unlike any other tournament and something people need to see and experience for themselves.

For those of us who can't participate, fear not, it will be epic to watch!
The event has managed to sell out of tickets in a matter of Minutes, but those of you who still wish to catch the action can do so on Ninja’s Twitch page, starting at 3:00 AM CEST on July 21. Those interested in participating in the tournament itself can register on the main page as well, though you have to be 18 or older to take part.
If you’re a fan of Fortnite, this is a can’t miss event. And who knows, some other big names might show up to take part. Just look at who last week’s Pro Am managed to draw…
Fortnite is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, mobile and PC. It also launched for Nintendo Switch last week, so owners of that console can jump in as well!
