Event Basics
Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series St. Pete will take place at the St. Pete Pier, with the dive tower positioned facing the North Yacht Basin.

Yes. Public viewing areas are free and open on a first-come, first-served basis. No ticket is required for general admission viewing areas.
Yes. The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions — including lightning or high winds — competition may be delayed, paused, or canceled to ensure the safety of athletes, staff, and spectators.

All VIP viewing areas are either sold out or private. There is no reserved public seating.
Yes. Much of the event footprint is ADA accessible, including a designated ADA viewing area east of the dive tower along the waterfront.
Yes. Large video screens will provide additional viewing opportunities:

Water & Marine Access
Yes. Spectator viewing by boat is permitted within the North Yacht Basin on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note:
The U.S. Coast Guard Safety Zone will be actively enforced throughout the event.
Boaters should coordinate with event safety personnel and local authorities upon entering the basin.
Temporary anchoring locations will be assigned as available.
Yes. The U.S. Coast Guard and local authorities will enforce a Safety Zone within the North Yacht Basin during event hours.
The north end of the basin will remain open for vessels accessing the Vinoy docks. All other surrounding waterways outside the Safety Zone will remain open and unrestricted.
Yes. Paddleboards, kayaks, and other non-motorized vessels are permitted within the North Yacht Basin and are encouraged to remain on the south side of the basin behind the designated orange float line.
Yes. The St. Petersburg Marine Unit and U.S. Coast Guard will patrol the event area throughout operational hours.
No. Swimming is prohibited within the North Yacht Basin viewing area. Swimming is permitted only at Spa Beach on the east side of the peninsula.
Permitted items include:
Small personal bags and backpacks Refillable water bottles Sunscreen Hats and sunglasses Towels Personal cameras Portable phone chargers/battery packs Blankets for lawn-style seating Handheld umbrellas Paddleboards and kayaks (must remain behind designated float lines)
For safety and security, the following items are prohibited: Weapons of any kind, including knives Outside alcohol Illegal substances Glass containers Large coolers Drones Large umbrellas Tents or shade structures Laser pointers
Please note: Local authorities may conduct bag checks and security screenings within the permitted event footprint.

Yes. Bayshore Drive NE between 2nd Ave NE and 5th Ave NE will be closed on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET.

Yes. Alcoholic beverages will be sold within designated St. Pete Pier areas only and must remain within permitted consumption zones.
