THIS PROMOTION IS DESIGNED AS A SKILL COMPETITION. WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION. RESPECT AND ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
THERE IS A FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION.
ELIGIBILITY: Red Bull Stone Scramble (the “Event”) will be held on September 17, 2022, from approximately 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) to 2:00 p.m. EST. The time shall be determined by Sponsor’s timekeeping systems. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Event.
The Event consists of a participatory UTV racing event (the “Event”) at Brimstone Recreation ® in Huntsville, Tennessee, as set forth below. The Event is open to (i) legal residents of the United States; (ii) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry; and (iii) who have paid the registration fee and completed all registration requirements. Employees of Red Bull North America, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Michelin North America, Inc., Wheel Pros, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Event (collectively, including Polaris, Inc. and Michelin North America, Inc., the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Event. For clarity, participants in the Event who are sponsored/endorsed by Sponsor or Sponsor Affiliates are eligible to compete. Event is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By entering and/or participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as set forth in these Official Rules.
HOW TO REGISTER: To register to participate in the Event, visit redbull.com/stonescramble (the “Website”), complete the registration form with all required information for the Event, and pay the required entry fee.
Online registration for the Event begins on July 18, 2022 at 3:00 a.m. EST and ends the earlier of (i) September 17, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. EST; or (ii) upon the registration of 100 total competitors.
There are two (2) Divisions for this Event:
• SxS Pro Class
o Registration fee: $150
• SxS Sportsman Class
o Registration fee: $100
Registration is completed on a first come-first served basis. The maximum number of total registered competitors for the Event is 100, regardless of Division. Any registrations received after the Event has reached its maximum number of registered competitors will be placed on a waitlist.
Registered competitors must comply with an on-site technical inspection on the day of the Event. Any questions regarding technical specifications and regulations can be addressed in the Event Regulations (attached as Attachment A, incorporated by reference) or by sending your inquiry through the “Contact” link at the bottom of the Event registration page.
EVENT: The Event consists of a one race for each Division on an approximate 3-mile loop with a required number of laps. The top three (3) fastest times to complete the required number of laps in each Division, as verified by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be the first, second, and third place winners.
Each registered competitors’ performance on the course is timed. The declared winners in each Division will receive the prizes as set forth below.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS:
All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Event or any prize. No issuer of any offered prize is sponsoring this Event. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all prize details in its sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should the prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting the prize, each entrant agrees to waive all recourse against Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES:
Potential Prize winners will be notified at the end of the Event. Potential winner must respond to the notification message on first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor or the potential prize may be forfeited. To claim any prize, Sponsor may require winner(s) to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number and may need to be notarized, before claiming and prize. All required documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within five (5) days of the date and time listed on the documents. At Sponsor’s discretion, winner(s) may be required to produce picture, government-issued ID, or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries or an alternate winner may be selected by another method as solely determined by Sponsor. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.
PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Submission of an entry and participation in the Event constitutes permission (including permission on behalf of parent/legal guardian of any minor entrant) to the Sponsor to use entrants’ name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Event (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, and/or email address during entry constitutes permission (including permission on behalf of parent/legal guardian of any minor entrant) for Sponsor to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Event. You also may opt-in to be added to Sponsor’s customer database and to permit Sponsor to contact you in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (located at www.redbull.com/pp/en_US) or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails). You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor. The information you provide to Sponsor will only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: By entering this Event, you (and parent or legal guardian, if winner is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Event or any Event-related activities (including, without limitation, the concert) and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Event; any non-compliance by you with these Official Rules; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Official Rules arising from or related to your involvement with the Event; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Event-related activity or participation in this Event; any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Event.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Event are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Event for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Event, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Event, or in the event an act of God, public health crisis, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason prevents the operation of the promotion or Event, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS EVENT MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
GOVERNING LAW & MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Any disputes arising under this Event and/or these Official Rules will be governed by relevant U.S. federal statutes and regulations and the internal laws of the State of California. Sponsor and each entrant agree that any such claim or dispute between the parties, or between a party and any agent, employee, successor, or assign of the other, related to this Event and/or these Official Rules (including the applicability of this arbitration clause) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the JAMS under its rules and procedures in effect when the claim is filed. The rules and procedures and other information, including information on fees, may be obtained from JAMS’ website (www.jamsadr.com) or by calling JAMS at 949-224-1810. Any award by the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction.
RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected; if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules; if the individual’s behavior or communication at any point is disruptive, may or does cause damage or to any person, property, or reputation of Sponsor, or is otherwise not in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

Red Bull Stone Scramble SXS Regulations

SXS PRO REGULATIONS
The Rally SXS class vehicles are built using production Turbo, NA cars, manufactured by registered companies, i.e. Polaris, Can-Am, Artic Cat, Yamaha, Honda, that issues Vin #’s. Companies must produce a minimum number of 500 units of that exact model and configuration prior to being allowed to participate in this class.
This class is a stock production class and all components must remain stock except for those modifications permitted herein. Those modifications permitted herein. All stock manufacturer delivered components on the vehicle must be retained unless specifically allowed to be removed and documented herein.
  1. Manufacturer’s model and year, body, engine and engine CC’s, transmission, drive train, chassis combination and seat Configuration must be retained. Yamaha GYTR and Honda Jackson Racing Turbo allowed
  2. Polaris Pro-R must race in Pro class

  6. All tires must be a SXS specific tire with a maximum size of 32X15X10.5

  9. Window Nets Required (driver and passenger with co-driver)
  10. Roof Panel Required, OEM plastic roofs ok
  11. (1) 2.5lb Fire Extinguisher Mounted w/ Quick Release inside the vehicle and (1)
  12. 5- Point Seat Belts Required 2” or 3” Wide Belts OK, 3” Preferred
  13. Helmet with Snell 2015 or newer, DOT certified. Eye Protection Must Be Shatter Resistant.
  14. Gloves and Neck Brace Are Required.
  15. Numbers on Both Sides of Vehicle. Minimum 8” Tall Numbers, PRO: White Background with Black #’s Sportsman: Yellow Background with Black #’s
  16. OEM stock fuel tanks or FIA FT3-199 fuel cell are Allowed
  17. Rear facing tail and brake light are required
  18. All 4 seat cars must run sportsman class with driver and or (1) co-driver only 1
  19. Spare belt and tools needed to change belt on course
