Iwo ‘Setty’ Zając is a fearsome presence on the Fortnite battlefield. The 19-year-old from Poland is on the rise following his epic performances at DreamHack Summer 2022: Battle Royale.
Setty's style is to outthink opponents, placing importance on being in the right place at the right time, rather than trying to frag his way to victory.
Then there's the matter of his powerful union with ever-present teammate Kami. The pair have been snagging wins in duos and trios together all the way back to 2021, where they played as a three with Teeq. Kami has backed Setty up in some of his biggest wins, and the partnership seems likely to continue with both playing for Become Legends.

In October 2022, Setty bootcamped at Red Bull Gaming Sphere London along with Become Legends teammates MrSavage, Kami and Nebs in preparation for the FNCS Invitational. Check out more loadouts from a select group of the top EU players who were there.

Setty's build

For Setty, the perfect hotbar for the final circle includes:
  • Golden HAMR
  • Golden Prime Shotgun
  • Two launch pads
  • As many splashes as he can carry
See his loadout, and find out how it complements his style of play, below...

What are the most important bits of your loadout and why?

The launch pads. [Kami and I] play tactically, and I think it works for our playstyle, because we don't need to use materials that much and then we can use them later on in the game.

How does your loadout relate to your style of play?

Honestly, I think my loadout is just whatever I can kill with. My duo partner and I are playing a bit more strategically than most, because that's brought us success for the past few chapters. We've always come to the game and looked at it more strategically than aggressively, so now I try to think a bit more defensively, and get as many resources as we can, before the final circle when we like to have freedom to build.
If I could go back in time, I wish I could tell myself to play with teammates more. My loadout now isn't as important as that. Now I've got chemistry, my game is really coming on.
Now, I just put in hard work. I've been at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere for the past five days and I'm the first in and the last out. I like to think I'm willing to work hard. I've been the first one in and the last one out, so I'm just working on my mentality, and trying to improve.

What do you think is the most underrated bit of any loadout?

Splashes. They're the best healing item by far; they're great for healing with your partner, they're easy to find, they're just a great all-around item that I'm always looking for as much as I can.
