Health authorities around the world have concluded that Red Bull Energy Drink is safe to consume. Red Bull Energy Drink is available in more than 175 countries including every state of the European Union.
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) have confirmed the safety of the ingredients in Red Bull Energy Drink multiple times.
All ingredients are clearly labeled on the can, including caffeine. One 250 ml can of Red Bull Energy Drink contains 80 mg of caffeine, about the same amount as in a cup of home-brewed coffee.
